Siemens S120 and S210 drive work covers everything from initial bringup through trace-based diagnostics and tuning. I work with STARTER and TIA Portal V19+ and have an in-house S120 demo rig for development and testing before going on-site.
The demo rig means I can verify configurations and reproduce faults in the workshop — without making changes on a customer's production machine.
Drive bringup
Initial commissioning, motor ID run, encoder setup and parameter backup.
Trace diagnostics
Using the drive trace tool to capture faults, analyse current loops, and tune response.
STO & Safety
Safe Torque Off wiring and verification. Safety Integrated function configuration.
