Electrical Scheme, Design & Wiring
What this covers
Panels built to be maintained, not just to work on day one
Electrical work ranges from full panel designs for new machines to complete re-wires of legacy equipment. Every panel is built with real terminal numbering that matches the wiring schedule, clearly labelled for whoever comes next.
Safety circuit design follows EN ISO 13849 — safety relay wiring, STO circuits, and interlocks are documented and verified. I produce full IO schedules that align to physical terminals, cable IDs, and device names.
Panel design
Layout design from component selection through to terminal arrangement and cable routing.
Re-controls
Full strip-out and re-wire of legacy machines on to modern Siemens or equivalent platforms.
Safety circuits
STO, safety relay, and interlock design to EN ISO 13849. Verified and documented.
IO schedules
Terminal-level IO documentation aligned to device IDs, cable numbers, and PLC addresses.
